How do I add money to my Vida Magica account?Please go to the website of a participating merchant who uses Vida Magica to initiate your transaction. Note: You cannot load funds directly onto your Vida Magica Wallet. If you do not complete the final purchase step after loading funds into your wallet please return to the check out page and when you choose Vida Magica you will see your available balance ready to use. If you duplicate the transaction with the merchant, one will remain showing unpaid.

Questions Regarding Orders?For inquiries related to completed orders purchased from a merchant using Vida Magica, please reach out to the merchant directly. If for any reason the Merchant is not responsive, please use live chat or the contact form in the footer of our website.

I have two email receipts for a transaction. Did I get charged twice?You should have two receipts, on for when you purchased the credit to be loaded to your account, and one when it was redeemed with the merchant. There should be 2 different transaction numbers. Double check your bank to make sure the charge only appears one. If you see two charges, please contact customer service via live chat or the contact form at the bottom of the page in the footer. Sometimes banks show an authorization, and then the charge, which reconcile on their own in 1 business day.

How do I check my account balance?To check your account balance you can login to Vida Magica using the link below. You will need to know the email and password you created. https://wallet.vidamagica.io/login/new-account Note: If you have purchased a load pack and for some reason did not complete the transaction you started, you may need to first redeem the load pack to your account in order for it to reflect in your balance. If you cannot remember you password, please reset it or contact customer service via live chat to verify the email address.
